”We loved our stay! Communication was excellent and responsive. Wished there was a washer/dryer - for the price. I would stay again!”

”Excellent home and host! So close to everything in the Mankato area and has many offerings. Stayed with a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The host, Chloe, was very communicative and made our stay very easy.”

”Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable in every way and had fantastic appliances, amenities (soaps/lotions/coffee options/makeup towels - you name it), outdoor furniture, cleanliness, etc. etc. We would rent again in a heartbeat. Also - we were in the area for a large family reunion, and this rental was by far the best of the accommodations rented by our crew.Thank you, Amy, for an amazing stay.”

”We love the Cotton House. Perfect for our college visits! Super clean, comfortable, & excellent location. We will be back!”

”The property was very clean and Jenna, our host, was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our communication quickly. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book the property again if we are ever back in Mankato.”
