”Really nice interior in the reseption, but rooms and corridors are outdated. Small pool with very cold water. Hotel restaurant has average food. Breakfast average. Definitely not a five star hotel. ”

”Lovely hotel on the beach front road. Staff very attentive and informative. Room was comfortable and clean but the carpet on the stair down to our room was grubby. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our stay.”

”Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. ”

”We booked this property that was available on expedia. It said check in was available at 2pm. After arriving to the property we learned there was no front desk or reception. We sent multiple emails and phone calls and waited 7 hours with no response from the property. It took us hours to figure things out with expedia. Terrible experience overall.”

”Really great room with a kitchenette and a small shared courtyard. I was worried at first because in a page left on the bed there were multiple comments ab of it keeping noise down and there were ear plugs left for the guest which made me think it was going to really loud. It wasn't. I liked the location because it's super convenient to grocery stores and the tourist info ctr is next store. The walk to the waterfront is easy and less than 10 minutes and safe even after.dark on the main roads....

”Nice hotel just by the Knysna lagoon and waterfront. Big heated pool, clean rooms and good breakfast. We stayed 3 nights (parents and son). It is a great location to make daytrips around Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Excellent restaurants near the hotel. ”
