”The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.”

”Check-in and reception staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean with a great attention to detail. The bed and bed linen were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, beat poached eggs ever. Will be back there on our next travels through the garden route. ”
