”On arrival we were greeted by Marcia who made us so welcome. She was so friendly and really helpful. We stayed in the Rose suite which is stunning, very comfortable king bed, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was outside on the veranda with beautiful views of the garden and ocean. Very quiet and peaceful location and very good value for money.”
”The standard room is high quality, beds are big and comfortable. The staff is professional. The Cucina restaurant is good for casual dining and the Waterside is upscale. Swimming pools are usually quite modest in South African hotels, but this is absolutely good. The Hyatt is quite expensive but still good value.”
”Having booked online a basic room, we enquired re upgrading and the staff were really helpful. They showed me a some different rooms and the process was very smooth. The staff were happy to help. We opted for the second floor and had a spacious room with an armchair and lounge which I always find an advantage after a days drive.
The hotel is a little bit tired, however it’s central, it’s clean and the staff are more than happy to meet all your requests.”
