”Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä ja edullinen majoitus. Huone oli puhdistettu jollain tosi voimakkaalla pesuaineella, haju vähän häiritsi mutta puhdasta oli. Vieressä ruokapaikkoja ja iso Walmart. Ohikulkumatkalla mainio yöpymispaikka. ”

”Swimming pool was a good extra. Sheets and blankets were clean. Room carpet and furniture a bit worn out.”

”Hotel was clean, front desk service was amazing and helpful! Would stay again, even though water pressure in shower was not all that great but the excellent customer service by staff made it worth it!!!”

”Awful awful awful. It’s so dirty!! No amenities. No breakfast. Smells like marijuana. Dirty stained and ripped bedding. Do not stay here!!”

”This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...

”My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.”

”It was good for the price. The bathroom did need to be cleaned better but other than that it was great. Great service great breakfast.”

”Really nice hotel! Clean, multiple options for breakfast. I wish they had tea and not just coffee but otherwise, great!”

”The property is in a terrible area. At a surface level, the hotel is ok. But you see lots of things that need repaired.”

”This place should be shut down! I would like a full refund! It has standing water in the Halls, the entire place stomp. The bathroom door was hanging by a screw.”

”Where do I even start…the parking lot was filled with tree service trucks making it hard for anyone to park. Checked into the room and immediately went out not knowing there were roaches in the room! So, by the time I got settled in the front desk was closed so I called the front desk number and notified them about the roaches and was told someone was coming down. A man came down and told me if we see problems like that we have to let them know as soon as we check in keep in mind we checked in...

”Decent place, nothing too fancy, but OK value for what you pay for. A few shady people around though, and the wifi did not work at all during my stay. ”
