”We brought our own motor boat easy to access from public launch. Live locally just brought truck trailer back home. Had our own private dock which was great! Site was clean and completely set up to relax! Even firepit had been prepped w wood! From silverware to fresh water of plenty, to bedding, med kit, bug spray, charged batteries for fan/ lantern. The shared outhouse was very clean as well. The only tweak I would suggest is to have extra toulet paper in holder in bathroom and have much bigger...

”This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was...

”What a great experience, we traveled through Maine and this was our favorite stop. Kent is kind and fabulous. Beds were great, the remote living was a dream. We chose to canoe in and that was the right call! Our stuff arrived on a boat. We saw lots of birds turtles and a bald eagle! It was awesome.”

”The accommodation is quaint & interesting. Access to each room is through the other and the doorways are narrow. Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. Good, quiet & private location with Maes cafe and bakery 3 mins walk.”
