”Nice place to stay. Clean, free breakfast with mad we to order omelets, nice pictures in hallways. 24 hour coffee good for early risers.”

”Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :(”

”I was disappointed that I had to call the front desk at 10:30 because the folks at the smoking area were talking so loudly that I could hear it on the 3rd floor with the windows closed. To their credit, after the call, it was quieter. I was also disappointed to not be told that there was a fee for parking that was not included in the quoted price, nor was it disclosed to me until I got the bill for it. Just share that information up front.”

”Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. Would stay again if traveling to Pullman.”

”I like the proximity to downtown Pullman and the cost is on my budget. The staff is friendly and very helpful letting me know everything important.”

”Checked in late and had to wait to find someone to check us in. Floors made lots of noise and we woke up the people below us just walking from bathroom to bed. Bed was broken and made sleeping impossible. Free breakfast was nothing and we had to go find food at another establishment.”

”It was clean and in a good area. The downfall was the water was empty in the front and no one was around to ask and we were heading out for a baseball game and needed water. Also the breakfast area was not the best. People kept cutting in front of me and then I waited so long that what I was wanting was empty and no staff was around and we were in a hurry to leave. This stay was ok just need some updates”

”The owner has clearly invested significant effort in upgrading this former motel, but it still falls short of a true four-star hotel. The biggest issue was the reception staff, who were unusually impatient. The room also lacked basic amenities such as a coffee maker and hot water kettle, which are typically expected at this level. The included breakfast have oatmeal only in a tiny reception room , which was something I had never encountered in the many hotels I have stayed before.”

”The Pullman Inn was clean and safe. No amenities to speak of which is why I gave that only 3 stars. We were there for a conference so we were only in the hotel to sleep. Beds were comfy, location was perfect for us and the price was right. Would definitely book it again if traveling for the same purposes.”

”The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful.”
