”excellent hotel for short or long term stay. we were just passing through but are extremely pleased with selection. Staff were excellent from moment we arrived. room amenities were as described and location is terrific and well within walking distance to various restaurants and waterfront. highly recommend.”

”The hotel is older; so a a little worn down. The lobby and rooms were very clean. I requested to be moved to a different room. We were on the first floor and the window did not lock and there were 3 medal bars sticking about 6 inches outside the bed. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and wrote down the problem and sent someone to look at the room. The breakfast was OK.”

”This hotel was the nastiest place I ever saw. I cannot believe you even let it be on your website. That was absolutely gross. I booked three nights. I stayed one night. I could not stay there more than one night and the night. I did stay there I could not sleep. It was so nasty. I really do think you should give me my money back. one star is more than they deserve. They deserve -5 star.”

”Right in the perfect location to quickly go eat or shop. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Even had a hand held steamer for your wrinkled clothes. We will 100% stay at this wonderful hotel again!”

”Every Hotel needs to be set up just like this one this one had everything you needed in the room refrigerator big one not some little b******* refrigerator a big one cabinets plates it was just like a studio apartment with a nice king bed and very nice bathroom! The only tiny complaint I had is the AC didn't work very well in the room we stayed cool but barely it would cut off about every 10 minutes and it wouldn't go any lower than like 71° but other than that the room was perfect every Hotel...

”Wonderful experiance!. I had a small problem with the first room. Although clean, I found leftover socks on the floor. Called down to the front desk, was greeted with sincere apologies, a new room was immediately assigned, and they came up to my old room with the new room key... and carried my luggage to the UPGRADED new room... Love the white glove service, will definitely stay again!”

”First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed. Second, the hotel didn't have the expected extra restaurants or other things that they have advertised. Third, they did not have a microwave in the room and you had to go down to heat up any food or...

”As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....

”We were very pleased with the entire stay. Pool open until 11, bar and restaurant on site. Coffee and tea available- free in lobby- and loved the lemon water. Location was close to a couple of bars and restaurants. One block or less. Gas station right across the street. All staff was very accommodating. Would definatly stay ther again.”
