Located just 1 block to the bay, 2 blocks to the pier, and walkable to several dining and shopping options. Overlooking the bay with gorgeous views and wildlife watching. Enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset or have your morning coffee on the deck in the sunshine! Large windows create a warm and open feeling while embracing the views! This updated home is comfortable, clean and spacious with modern furnishings and amenities making this the perfect Coastal getaway!

Main Level Living area has a large comfortable sectional with plenty of seating, and a cozy electric fireplace insert. Flat screen Smart TV set up for Roku streaming with WIFI. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episodes or snuggle in and read a book while watching the sunset. Gorgeous views, and a wall of windows in the living area make it a nice place to relax and take in the scenery!

Modern kitchen, with stainless appliances and a large island make eating in efficient and enjoyable! The amazing stone countertops carry the coastal vibe and of course the VIEWS from the kitchen are excellent as well! Fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table with seating for 6 or simply sit at the bar with 6 comfortable stools.

The Main Level Master bedroom features a Comfortable King bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is closet space and a dresser for guests personal items. This bedroom also has a ROKU TV for guests enjoyment. Large windows and a sliding glass door to the deck bring in sunshine and privacy curtains can be drawn for privacy. Views of the bay and a comfortable chair for sitting make this room the perfect place to enjoy a book or some quiet time taking in the beauty.

The 2nd main level bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed with comfortable linens, and plenty of closet space for guests personal items. Large window with plenty of light and blinds for privacy.
The main bath is located between Queen & King bedrooms and features a bathtub/shower combo, an updated vanity with granite counters, and plenty of space for guests personal items. Fully stocked with quality linens, Shampoo, Conditioner, and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

The basement- Bed #3 features a Comfortable queen bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is an armoire for guests personal items and additional hanging closet space in family room.

The basement 2nd bathroom features an updated vanity and fresh paint, along with a shower. Fully stocked with quality linens, Shampoo, Conditioner, and hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

Spacious basement family room has 2 full pullout couches that can be laid out for comfort, or for an additional sleeping area. This space is a great place for a movie night and features a 50” TV set up with ROKU.

There is a 6 person table/chairs and a beverage fridge and cabinet stocked with drinking glasses and ready to keep your beverages chilled! There are some board games available for a fun night playing games as the beach!

The large fully enclosed deck is perfect to enjoying the views while sitting around a cozy fire and enjoying a glass of wine or having smores with the kids! There is a large outdoor dining table and chairs & a BBQ Grill. This outdoor space is the perfect place to take in the bay views and enjoy the coastal air! There is also an additional grassy area on the side of the house!

FREE parking in private driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Garage is NOT included and locked for Owners Personal Items.

We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. Guests do NOT have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Garibaldi, Oregon is a small fishing village nestled along the bottom of Captain Robert Gray Mountain at the northern end of Tillamook Bay.
At the marina, commercial fisherman sling fresh Dungeness crabs, ling cod, rockfish, and even octopus up to the docks. Sport fishermen tell tales at the filet table and local watering holes about record Chinook, tuna and halibut. Kayakers paddle out to spot bald eagles, pigeon guillemots, and purple martins. While gulls circle above, harbor seals surface.

Most visitors come for the fishing, crabbing and clamming, Garibaldi is also home to the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad depot and two history museums.

The property is walking distance from the Garibaldi Marina, a market and some dining. A smattering of shops and restaurants serve the coastal community that is a top destination for sportspeople and the anti-tourist.

Central to Oregon‘s Tillamook Coast and a quiet base camp for exploring nearby waterways and beach towns from Astoria to Lincoln City. The property is approx 15 min from Tillamook and 15 min to Rockaway Beach.

Getting Around:
A Car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into PDX and renting a car to make the approx. 1.5 hour drive to the Oregon Coast. The property is approx 15 min from Tillamook and 15 min to Rockaway Beach.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~ We ask that you don’t cook crab in the home but there is a bbq to cook outside.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.
