This beautiful and cozy 1-room apartment is situated in a prime, quiet, and sunny location on the edge of the forest. It is located on the first floor of a renovated house in Garmisch. The "Strauss Villa" and numerous hiking trails in the Kramer massif are in the immediate vicinity. The pedestrian zone in the center of Garmisch, with all its shops and amenities, is just a short walk away.

The apartment features a southwest-facing balcony with stunning mountain views of the Wetterstein Mountains, the Alpspitze, and the Zugspitze.

The fitted kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop. The living room contains a double bed, a small dining table with two chairs, and a two-seater sofa. The bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet is accessible from the hallway.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for two people. Wi-Fi is included.

Children are welcome in the "Arabella" holiday apartment.

Pets are welcome! (€15.00 per night and pet)

A linen package (1 set of bed linen, 1 regular hand towel, 1 bath towel) is mandatory for each guest at €14.00. Additional linens can be booked upon request.

Where available, we can provide a travel cot (€12.00), a high chair (€6.00), or an extra bed (€15.00) in the apartments.

Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment.
