”When we arrived at our room and walked in the beds were all disheveled, bathroom a mess and room was a mess. Got switched to another room, smelt like stale smoke when we walked in. Beds were uncomfortable with one pillow. When I took a shower it was warm at best. And for the price we paid because it was a graduation weekend makes it more infuriating. Never again!”

”very nice family with a small motel. the room was comfortable and clean. very in the off season, the winter hot water took a while to get hot but once it did it was fine. i like staying at family owned places. close to where i needed to be. ”

”Property is located about 13 minutes from All Star Village. Moderate your expectations…this property is excellent for its price point. No frills, but it’s clean, friendly and will service your turn when you take your boys to ASV and surrounding areas. 30 minutes from the Hall of Fame, 25 minutes for Brewery Ommegang (ask for Shiloh, unique microbrews are for u). Dude knows his stuff. Walmart is walking distance, Dick’s is in the same plaza for your all star who forgot even after you told him. ...

”Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!”

”Every inch of our room from the top of the ceiling to the floor was so very clean. No cobweb's, dust increabile comfortable. Beds clean and comfy, I liked the pillows but some people might like a little firmer pillow. Nice to wake up and see the view of the lake, we even had a rainbow out our window. However if your a coffee drinker it wasn't the best coffee maker. The coffee itself was good , but it made one cup at a time, and it took forever to make it. We're hoping to make it back that way...

”Property is excellent. Lost water one night but that was it. Only 2 things I didn’t like was the 9pm cut off on use of the pool and that there was no staff onsite at night in case of emergency.”

”Would absolutely recommend! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view. Had all the necessities for the week. Great location if you are there for Cooperstown Dream Park. Will stay there next year if we get the opportunity to go back for younger son.”
