”The staff was friendly. The room had yellowish water. The air didn’t work. It was on 60 full bore when we got into the room and it never cooled down. When we opened to window for some relief, the screen was taped and allowed bugs to get in. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and had stuff on them. ”Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old. The breakfast food was outdated and poor breakfast. The access to the building was open all night. I would...

”This was a wonderful stay, a true 5 star place. Very clean except for all the cobwebs on the patio but that was minor. We loved staying here. No breakfast but great coffee. We loved standing out on the patio watching the boats go in and out of the lake and listening to the birds in the trees to the south of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. all of the staff were super helpful.”

Clean room, AC worked, staff were helpful, typical hotel breakfast in a very large breakfast space (former restaurant). The building shows its age and rooms likely are not 100% mode proof and no elevators. But felt safe and no huge concerns given the price.”

”I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.”
