Luxury Chalet in Gaschurn near Ski Lift

You'll find these 4 luxury chalets, which are ideal for families or friends travelling together, in the beautiful Montafon valley, within walking distance of the town centre of Gaschurn.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants and attractive bars in the centre. The ski lift is only 900 m away. The free ski bus stops within 50 m of your chalet.

For families or groups of up to 48 people, you'll have 2 chalets, adjacent or close to each other, at your disposal. The owner always tries to book two chalets that are side by side, but sometimes this isn't possible.

You'll have both 24-person chalets all to yourselves. The entrance is through the attractive, spacious living and dining room, which features a comfortable sofa and an open fireplace for cosy evenings in. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a large hob, fast dishwasher, large fridge, a separate fridge for drinks, 2 ovens and a microwave. There's underfloor heating throughout the entire accommodation. The living room opens out onto a sunny terrace, which is a great place to sit and admire the beautiful mountain landscape.

The 6 modern bathrooms and 8 bedrooms with high-quality, luxury interiors are spread across 2 floors. Each bedroom has a TV and a safe. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
After a day of hiking, mountain biking, skiing or cross-country skiing, you can relax in your private wellness area with Finnish sauna.

There's a communal storage room for skis and boots. Each chalet is equipped with a drying room for drying ski suits. You'll also have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
It's possible to have your breakfasts and/or dinners in the adjacent hotel against an additional fee. Another option is to make use of the bread service. (Please note: the hotel might be closed at certain times during the summer months)

Gaschurn is located almost at the end of the dead-end Montafon valley (in summer, it's possible to drive to Ischgl via the Silvretta Hochalmstrasse). The village never lost its authentic character, making it very suitable for families with children. It's a great area, both in winter and in summer.
Gaschurn is on the border of the Silvretta Montafon ski resort. The ski lift in the village takes you up to 2,010 metres altitude. The skiing area is quite large and sufficiently challenging for snowboarding and alpine skiing enthusiasts.

There is only a maximum of 10 parking spaces at the house per Alpine chalet for 48 people.

Since the chalet is equipped with high quality furnishings and subsequent guests also wish to use the services and furnishings, a deposit of EUR 500.00 is due for the duration of the stay. The homeowner will contact you to pay this deposit.

The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the house has been delivered free of defects. Shortages and damages will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period, minus any extras booked.

Please note that if the house is not delivered broom clean and the garbage has been cleared away, we will charge 50.00 euros for extra cleaning and 15.00 euros for clearing up any garbage left behind etc.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
