Gasparilla Island Hotellit

”There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! ”

”Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, location is pretty good can’t say anything on the pool as we didn’t get a chance to use it. ”

”A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

”Great resort. Beautiful views and rooftop pool. Clean and new. Location is a bit isolated but easy to get to restaurants in Punta Gorda.”

”No hot water for the shower. I was told it took a few minutes but that did not happen. Weather stripping around the doors needs to be replaced. Would not stay there again. ”

”The kitchen was fully equipped and ready with outdoor gas grill, small appliances and plenty of cooking/ baking pans. We could choose to cook in or go out. The linens were all very clean... smelled so fresh! Lots of little amenities... small coolers and beach chairs to use, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies(i.e. foil, saran wrap). We got spoiled in the recliners... and on the back balcony overlooking the cove. You can fish off the two docks. The outdoor seating area was lovely....

”They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame.”

”Home was clean, well stocked. Great "yard" with deck, ample seating for beautiful morning coffee. Kayaks were awesome to explore canals and see dolphins and manatees. The little town is safe for walking around. ”

”Siisti mutta ikääntynyt perusmotelli. Jotain pientä remonttia tehty huoneissa viimevuosina, mutta jäänyt puolitiehen. Huoneet olivat kuitenkin siistejä! Kyllä tässä yhden yön viettää.”
