”The property and rooms are dated. Much of the decor and furniture is many different styles, colors and old. There is no uniformity throughout the hotel. You can tell that the expansions were just added on without doing building adjustments. Making for many different stairways and hallways. And the grounds were not well maintained. We did not use the spa services so can't comment. The person who checked us in was pleasant and professional. However my overall view was that since it wasn't high...

”Clean and comfortable hotel, with a spatious room. When booking, it was not clear if the breakfast is included or not, and it seemed it might be (mentioned "breakfast served daily") but it is not. The breakfast buffet was better than in general in Canada, but a tad expensive for what it was worth. All of the staff members were nice and friendly. I did not get to try the pool, but it looked nice AMD clean.”
