”Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. ”

”Property was comfortable and nice. Cleanliness was an issue, the ceiling fan blades were very dirty, there were no extra garbage bags, The W/D were out of order (not told). Christopher was very attentive to our issues, and said he would take carte of them. Nice place to stay.”

”The house was clean and had everything we needed to be able to cook meals at the property. It was so close to the spots we wanted to go. It had a hose connected outside so we could spray off our sandy feet and shoes before going inside. Check in and out instructions were clear and they gave good directions so we could find the lane quickly. ”

”Its a beautiful spot. Joe has built himself a slice of paradise. Maybe it was because of the unusal heat wave but no fan and made the cabin super warm. The last night we slept down stairs to avoid the heat. Its not far from town. The views were stunning. I didnt mind the lack of wifi. ”The resort layout provided great privacy and quiet surroundings. I greatly appreciated the self-check-in/out to the cabin. The cabins and Tee-Pee area shared one shower/restroom area that required an unlock code to use and a $3 deposit for shower use much like a State Park facility. ”We loved our stay here. This cabin is at the end so it offers a bit more privacy than the others. It was beautifully appointed and had all the basics, as well as coffee pods, creamer and comfy bedding. It does not have a fire pit like the other cabins but we were able to start a small fire in the grill. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.”
