After many failed attempts to reach the hotel we have accepted the loss. After unanswered emails and lengthy times on hold and finally speaking to someone we were asked to call back the next day. ”Spectacular scenery. Our room with balcony was great. We sat there in the evenings with some wine and just enjoyed the landscape. Couple OK restaurants in walking distance and several wine yards close by to visit by car.”

”The reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I booked it it stated it had a bathtub but it was a shower. Also it said it had a hot tub but it was broken. The shower water was spraying everywhere. The wifi doesn’t have great reception tv doesn’t work as it can’t connect to wifi. Staff is very nice but it stated on website they speak Portuguese and English, no one speaks English there the owner did use google translate. It’s very clean and beautiful hotel. ”

”Avoid room #7. First of all, you must take many steps to get to the highest floor and the lights keep turn off by itself (dark and kind of slippery). Secondly, room #7 with slanted ceiling, the ceiling is super low, it hit both my husband and myself a couple of times, and I am short, only 155cm. In my opinion, this room should not pass inspection for rent. Not safe.”
