”We had booked a room with breakfast, but they forgot to give us breakfast coupons when we arrived. It wasn't big deal though, our waitress got one for us after we ate. There was a big storm during our stay, and the windows started leeking - half the carpet was soaked, but it didn't bother us. Location is nice, you can easily walk to Dinkytown and Downtown where all the restaurants are. In nearby blocks there's nothing much, but 10-20 min walk gets you about anywhere.”

”This hotel property recently transitioned from a Hilton Garden Inn to a Wingate by Wyndham. They are still working out some issues with breakfast and amenities. The room was very clean but missing a soap dispenser in the shower. They kept running out of coffee and hot breakfast items. Staff was very friendly but seemed to always be playing catch-up. That said, I felt it was a good value and location and with some organization and improvements would be great stay.”

”Took half hour to check in- no line. Not helpful or friendly staff. Contacted them a few times before explaining I wanted to park & shuttle. Then learned it was $15 a night. Guy at desk not at all polite just shrugged his shoulders kind of remarks. I wasn’t angry, just surprised & disappointed.
Returning I was on hold for an hour til they answered the front desk phone to let them know I needed a shuttle to the hotel. I am now waiting.”
