”Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk...

Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again.”

”This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop”...

”Very clean, well cared for hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Very nice room. Will stay here again.”

”I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better.”

”Got there late the bar was open until midnight. The room was really cool and the best bed I have slept in a while. The shower was really nice and the mirror had bluetooth speaker in it. The rating isnt 5 because the parking was hard and the entrence wasnt clear. There is construction so not thier falt, but still.”
