”Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again.”

”When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. I raised the issue with the housekeeper, and she seemed unhappy about the complaint and began speaking in Spanish, apparently assuming that I would not understand. Proper bathroom cleaning is essential. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to hygiene standards....

”Our stay was horrible. This hotel is very run down. Our room smelled like dirty feet, the carpet smelled like vomit, the sink in the bathroom was about to fall, the TV and the phone did not work. One of the two elevators was not working and it took multiple tries to be able to get a ride down. And in order to reach the elevator banks from the front door we had to walk up two short flights of stairs with our bags as the elevator was not working. The one bright spot was that the staff was nice.”

”Make sure you download the contactless info to get into the room before you get there. You have to call for the wifi, there's no service in that location. It's not ideal. There was construction outside all night long - very loud. And, you can hear everything in every room around...people were partying loudly all night long. Parking is an issue early because of the restaurant.”

”From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.”
