We weren’t aware that anyone rented down there until we arrived and read about it in the welcome binder. We were playing cards at the table in the house with our adult children and our seventy year old in laws. The downstairs renter started banging on the floor/his ceiling and shouted for us to shut up. ”Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. ”
