”It was quiet and easy enough to travel into downtown by bus. However the photos portraying the B&B are misleading. Yes those are the rooms, but not how they look. The floors are sticky, it is very dusty and there is an accumulation of stuff that takes over. I don't usually want to give a bad review as it is someone's livelihood, but this is absolutely unacceptable as a B&B.”

”Food/room service was excellent, however rooms are dated and lacking simple amenities like bar fridge (was available by request) or microwave, kettle etc. Had a one bedroom suite, but the AC unit in the main room did not work (tech came and said it was working, but it was very obviously not even turning the fan on). We decided not to change rooms as it was too much hassle with children and wasn't a particularily warm day. Decent overall stay, however, the price is unjustified. More like a 3.5...

”Overall we had a great stay. Even though it is an older property it is well maintained.
Location is wonderful, we biked the trail into Ottawa both days. You can bike either Ontario or Quebec side with numerous crossing options.
We will return. ”

”Excellent service. Excellent staff.
The AC did not work on the room. Staff were informed and we were told it would be inspected.
It never worked properly after it was reported, staff never followed up on it.
Great little glass water bottle waiting on your arrival in the room. Unfortunately it is too large to refill in the sink.
Great location. Be aware if you have accessibility needs, that area of Ottawa has some of the worst sidewalks I have ever experienced. The City and Federal Government...
