Chalet't – Gatlinburg

”Amazing view. Hosts stayed in communication when there was an issue that affected the community after a major storm knocked out the water for the area. No fault of their own but they were fast to respond to us when we didn't know what happened and they remained in communication with the community hoa to determine time frame of repair for us. 10/10 would stay here again.”

”The cabin’s interior was exceptionally clean, but the upstairs was excessively hot. The beds were exceptionally hard, and the linens consisted of old pillows, which made us quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there was no fire pit as depicted in the photographs. The exterior was dirty, and the grill was unsanitary. Consequently, we were unable to cook outdoors. There was no table to sit outside and eat, and the pots and pans were unusable due to the peeling off of the nonstick coating....

”The best place to stay if you want to see bears!! Home was extremely clean and provided everything our family needed to spend the week there! It was so nice not having to bring your own towels or sheets. They even left us enough tp and paper towels for the week! Amazing!!”

”Michelle & Casey were so friendly, communicative, and helpful. They checked on us a few times during our stay, and they jumped in to address an issue that arose immediately. The property is very clean, convenient, and in a gorgeous location. My family cannot wait to come back and spend more time there.”

”It was cozy, quiet and very relaxing. We enjoy our stay and didn't want to leave.”
