Badly needed vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 week getaway vacation. I had a great time. Close, but not too close to town and enjoyed the private location. The Elks Springs company communicated very well via text and email. I was well prepared when I saw the first of several black bears and ground hogs that roamed the area. With a little common sense and some respectful distance, they truly added to the back-to-nature experience. I would highly recommend Elk Springs for the mountain-cabin vacation. Thanks guys!

Relaxation week

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent condition and a good location. Only issue for us (we're in our 70's) was the bedroom, sitting area, deck was downstairs and the kitchen/coffee pot was upstairs. Had a visit from a big bear on our first night but management/law enforcement handled it. Highly recommend Elk Springs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rain shower left a lot to be desired. It was more of a lite drizzle. Other than that we loved the cabin! It is as awesome as it looks in the pictures. Perfect for a couple, and an extra room if you have more guests.

Nice cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the cabin is nice. Our biggest issue was that the "tower shower" didn't work, and we were really excited about that amenity. We called maintenance, but never got a response.

Great Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as advertised. Excellent communication from Elk Springs management to see about any needs. Upon arrival, the hot tub was malfunctioning. They had someone out to fix it asap. The back deck feels private, and would be even more so during summer when trees are full. Close enough to trails and city to drive there, but still feels quiet and private. I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first rental in the Smoky Mountains. We couldn't be happier with our rental experience! It was a refuge to relax in after sitting for 2.5 hours in traffic returning from Cades Cove - word of advice the park is nuts on the weekend, weekdays were a much nicer experience. The only issue was low water pressure. I assume that may have to do with the location. A very minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience. Also, don't forget to bring your own blow dryer and toiletries.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our family. The pool table was a nice bonus and the hot tub was clean. The TV speakers were blown, the outside light was burnt out and it was dusty. This was close enough to everything on strip in town. Road was very windy leading to the cabin. Staff was quick to respond and check in and check out was very easy. We were even able to check in to the property early which was a great unexpected benefit. Overall, we would syau here again as the property was large and clean other than the dust.
