We had an amazing trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Very quiet and secluded but within minutes of the Gatlinburg strip.

Such a cute house, plenty of room for our family of 8. Loved the game room. Disappointed pool wasn’t open. Little steep narrow roads to get to the house but got to see wildlife at our front door. Overall highly recommend it!

This is good…but there are better for the price.

The pictures that are listed for the property are not what the current home looks like there are some differences ( flooring, curtains, Eggo wallpaper bedding). The home was extremely clean. As soon as we arrived the first problem with the trip was having no cell service and not having the correct login for the WiFi listed, next issue was the hot tub and it was an ongoing issue the whole trip, we only were able to use it ,once during our Thursday-Sunday stay, due to it not heating up, kicking the breaker in the home every time the jets would shut off. This is an older home and could use some love in the upstairs bathroom attached to the bunk bed room, went to take a shower and more water came from around the shower head than the shower head itself. The outlets in the bathrooms do not work, and one of the light switches shocked my husband when he flipped it on the day we arrived, so after that I was scared for not only me but children to turn on and off the lights. The tvs in the home are logged into streaming services of the property owners (looked like personal accounts) My family wasn’t comfortable using a tv on someone’s personal account, I’d like to suggest the owners place their Roku tvs into guest mode, so that way guest feel comfortable logging into their own streaming services. Communication with the property owner was great and they always responded quickly but for the price I could have stayed somewhere with no issues, this vacation was anything but relaxing.

Great time

We had a great time at the round cabin. The layout worked great for us with 2bds and 2 1/2 baths for both floors. The view was great, and we saw multiple bears while we were there! We highly recommend the property, and we will book it again in the future!

This is the one!

This house may look dated for some's taste but when we arrived it was clean and smelled great. The house is cozy and I love how it was decorated. The rooms were bigger than it looked. It has new appliances that all worked great. The AC was wonderful. The view is good. We played pool, games, we colored, we relaxed in the hot tub. We grilled out. My favorite, the record player was used everyday. The beds are very comfortable. It has apple TV's, we watched movies. This house was prefect for us and I would recommend it. We had a wonderful time and the host were available very quickly if I needed him. Thank you Robert for sharing your home with my family!

2023 Family Vacation

The rental is very nice, exactly like the picture. Bathrooms were a little smaller than we expected but the beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Gatlinburg 2022 Mueller vacation

The property was close to how it was described. However, there were several things that need attention: The driveway was really deteriorating There were many light bulbs burnt out Housekeeping was lacking: we found food and other items on the carpet; there was soap residue in bathrooms; stains in the carpet The TV remotes were either broken or missing The fan remote was missing The pool sticks were broken (only one was usable) The shower on/off handles were very difficult to work Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. The pool table and video game (PacMan) were a big hit with our grandsons who are 9 and 11 years old.

great property

it is a very quaint house. the road getting up there was fun. I don't recommend doing it in a 15 passenger van. We did it, barely. It is not the biggest house but the space is used well and we had plenty of room

Excellent owner and great setup
