* Bedroom 1: main level, 1 King bed w/ en-suite bathroom
* Bedroom 2: main level, 1 King bed w/ en-suite bathroom
* Bedroom 3: upper level, 1 King bed w/ en-suite bathroom
* Bedroom 4: upper level, 2 Queens beds w/ en-suite bathroom
* Bedroom 5: upper level, 2 bunk beds (1 is double over double + 1 is twin over twin) w/ en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi tub)
* Extra full bath in downstairs level

***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee. If we find that you have failed to adhere to the policy (exceed max number of dogs, weight of dogs, etc) we will reserve the right to assess a minimum fine of $300.

***FIREPLACE: Fireplaces will be shut from April - October for the summer season.

*There are currently (March 2025) ongoing construction on the next door lots, which may cause some noise. Usually they do not work in early/late hours but just something to be mindful of!

***Guests are responsible for all risks/damages/injuries by using the swimming pool. Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by adults at all times. Swimming pool door must remain closed.

*** Our pool is serviced weekly and our pool tech usually comes on Tuesdays. We’re sorry for any interruption to your trip but our service providers do need to come on a weekly basis to keep our pool clean. Please pardon their presence and allow them to do their job. They will be quick and usually can be done within 30 min - 45 min. Thank you so much for your understanding!

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
