Outside features include: a grill (located in carport closet), hammock swing — a guest favorite for reading or napping with a view, deck/patio with breathtaking views, & wooded lot perfect for unwinding or a friendly game of catch.

Countless nearby activities as well as the property is close to the trolley stop located at the bottom of the hill. (May not be suitable for all to walk up/down the hill. Your own judgment advised.) Also, our pet-friendly home is within walking distance to Mills Park where there is a dog park for your fur family member to enjoy.
