Brand New - Amazing näkymiä omalta ulkona Olohuone

Hiljattain kunnostettu ja uusi vuokra-ohjelmaan. Jos kalenteri näyttää käytettävissä päivämääriä sinun kannattaa varata sen.


4 makuuhuoneen mökki on joitakin paras näköala läänissä nautittavaa lähes joka huoneessa. Nauttia niistä vieläkin rentoutuen ulkona olohuoneessa tai kuistilla swing palo kuoppaan. Sisällä voit nauttia pelialueella parvella arcade peli ja foosball ja teatteri tilaa alemmalla tasolla porrastettu teatterin istuimet.



Valmista hytissä aterioita täysin varusteltu gourmet-keittiö.



Yläkoulu: makuuhuone King Bed / Bath kanssa kulkea suihku, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Loft pelihuone ja kävellä ulos Deck.

Despite the hiccups, the property and service were both excellent overall—and I would definitely consider renting here again.

The owners thought of everything for kids and large families, right down to the toaster. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms all of blackout curtains. The variety of games kept the kids busy all day, and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting an outdoor cookout if you want to invite some friends over.

Fall Gatlinburg Getaway

There were a couple pull offs when needed if someone is coming the opposite direction. The house is nice and you have what you need in the kitchen. The cabin has a lot of extras and we enjoyed using the pool table, outside firepit, game area and movie room. The furniture is a mix and the decorations are in a cabin style but a touch of modern. We did see bear while there and they kept their distance. The cabin does need a good cleaning but keep in mind that there is a limited time between rentals. The view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would rent this cabin again. Our stay here brought lots of fun times and wonderful family memories.

The only hiccup we had was the hot water in the basement wasn't working and it took two days for the maintenance person to fix it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and the cabin was clean.

Grand View - Yep!!!

The description and pictures of the listing are 100% accurate. We were lucky enough to hit the fall colors during their peak, and can’t begin to describe the views from the decks, other than saying that this place is in the perfect spot. The house is in a remote area but only takes about 15 minutes to get to Gatlinburg. We would highly recommend Grandview, and wouldn’t even consider a different place if (when) we go back to the Smoky Mountains.

There was also a strong musty smell, as if it had not been rented in a while. The alarm in the cabin did not work, and the door lock on the front door would not lock. We had to call maintenance to have it fixed. Even after maintenance, the lock did not work every time. We loved the area, but we will not stay in this cabin next time.

Our parents have never been to Gatlinburg and we wanted to give them the Mountain experience. The cabin was perfect for what we wanted it for. Although there is a build right beside the cabin and the workers would fill there water tank from the house which caused water pressure down. Everything was perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay. Cabin was clean and everything was in order.

We were on motorcycles and a storm came in just before check out time. They were very understanding that we needed an extra half hour due to the rain. The cleaning staff showed up and was also understanding while she waited. Every cabin I have rented has always been so clean and the views are great. Thank you again Elk Spring, see you in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin has spectacular views of the SMNP with peace and quiet. The cabin was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and amenities. The cabin was mostly clean with the exception of lady and stink bugs in the upper bedroom/ bathroom. Many Bugs were on the bed, floor, in drawers, on window sills. Thankfully we brought a vacuum that cleaned up most of the bugs. Also, the second day we noticed an intermittent sewer smell that appeared to come from the basement area, but was not able to find the source of the smell.

Awesome view, but has some challenges

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was amazing; cabin was clean, however cabin was farther away from Gatlinburg than expected. Technology was a challenge at this cabin, should be more user friendly. TV's on lower level locked on Nickelodeon channel, not able to change the channel on these TV"s. Alarm system would not arm. Video games were turned off and could not get to turn on. adding a cookie sheet in the kitchen and trial size bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Secluded Grandest View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation often in the mountains, this was one of the best cabins we have ever been to. You honestly can't go wrong with Elk Springs Resort, I will continue to use them for all of my cabin stays. They are hands down the cleanest cabins to rent besides a resort hotel. This specific cabin is very remote and secluded. There are not any other cabins near you or your view. I love the little details that made this cabin feel so warm and cozy. The master bathroom is extraordinary. Although it could use a bit more water pressure it didn't bother our stay. They weren't lying about the name on this one- Grand View. It is truly one of the prettiest panoramic views I've seen. Truly a remarkable find, if you're considering this specific cabin you will not be disappointed.
