This 10,000-square-foot vacation home features luxurious accommodations, with six spacious bedrooms including three King suites, a bunk bedroom that sleeps 10, and multiple bathrooms. The main level includes a large King primary suite with two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a huge dining room for up to 10 guests, and a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a large pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a den with a gas fireplace, and an outdoor deck with a fireplace for enjoying the serene mountain views.

The lower level features a media room, game room with arcade games, a pool table, and a full bath. The layout of the home is perfect for groups and families, with plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment.

Highly recommended!

We staged a surprise celebration and the property was perfect!! Beautiful and comfortable for our stay. All our guests were evenly impressed!! The mgmt company went out of their way to accommodate the surprise as well!! Another recommendation is Smoky Mountain grocery!!! Great people and stellar service!! Order your groceries (and party platters for an occasion) and they'll deliver and put everything away!! 10 out of 10 all the way around!!

Great family vacation home for all ages

We stayed at this property for Spring break. We had 20 family members and had plenty of space. There is a swim spa and hot tub where the teens spent most their time. There are plenty of cooking utensils and pots. We made dinner 4 of our 5 nights. The beds were comfortable and several living spaces with couches and tvs to hang out. There is a pool table and poker table and a projector in the basement. Communication with the host was easy. We were about 4 miles from Gatlinburg downtown. There is a little grocery store about 5 minutes away but we drove a little further to Kroger (about 20 minutes). The property is gorgeous with several indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Our Gatlinburg adventures included shopping the outlets at Sevierville, The Hatfield and McCoy show, hiking, and Parrot Mountain. Parrot Mountain was a must see! We held and fed parrots and it was enjoyed by all. Great vacation home! We had a wonderful visit.

Convenient proximity to downtown!

These pictures don’t do the property justice; the interior and balcony views are amazing! We did our annual weekend trip here and it was beautiful. The location is great—you’re off to yourself but still very close to downtown too!

Beautiful Gatlinburg getaway

The home was a beautiful respite, conveniently close to what the Smoky Mountains has to offer. The wrap around porch and the views were absolutely stunning. Everyone we spoke to about our reservation was very pleasant, however, none of the fireplaces were working and when we called multiple times to have it resolved, unfortunately, no one ever got back to us. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Great House... Disappointing Communication

Lovely home! Comfortable. Quiet. Great for a group. Just out of town far enough for privacy but close enough to jet into town and enjoy Gatlinburg. Every place we have ever stayed has a house notebook that tells the guest about how to use the features of the home. There was no notebook about the features of the house. We had several issues: - Never got communication about check in. Had to call. They said they sent an email we never received - Hot tub not working (which we were warned about) - 5 fireplaces, no keys to control gas/propane or any other manual on how to work any of them. There were wires laying out in each firebox. Called rental company. They didn’t know if they were operable. They said maintenance would call us. They never did. We booked this house for its 5 fireplaces and never used a single one. - Several of the TV remotes were dead and there was no way to charge them. We had to use an app to control TVs - Thermostats were operated via an app we did not have. They were difficult to work manually. We did not have full access to the functionality. We would highly recommend creating a notebook/album for the house with instructions about how to work various features in the home.

Beautiful property

The house was amazing! The kids and teens had a blast hanging out on their own floor with game rooms, bunks, pool table, etc. There was plenty of space and very clean. Property manager checked in on us twice via phone and email to see if we needed anything

Family Trip

We make an annual trek to Gatlinburg for the parade to kick off the holiday season. This year was even better than usual, thanks to our stay at this gorgeous property! There is no detail left unattended, the space is immense, and the proximity to the downtown Gatlinburg area is perfect. You’re close enough to enjoy everything and yet also far enough to make you feel like you’re in your own little oasis. My family and I highly recommend this property and hope to use it for years to come.
