Downtown Gatlinburg is only 20 minutes away, with Pigeon Forge and Dollywood about 35 minutes away, making it easy to explore dining, shopping, and family attractions.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Wake slowly. Sleep deeply. Every bedroom was crafted for comfort—with layered linens, blackout curtains, and just enough mountain charm.

The main level king suite features a fireplace and private bath with soaking tub, dual sinks, and a spa-like walk-in shower.

The lower level bunk room is custom-built for families, with a king + full bunk and direct access to the game room and a nearby full bath.

Bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, signature Public Goods products, and just enough counter space to spread out without clutter.

KITCHEN & DINING

The heart of the home is light-filled and mountain-facing. Whether you're making pancakes or cocktails, you'll find what you need—cookware, dishware, stainless appliances, and a generous island for prep or chatting with the chef.

The dining table seats 8 guests, while the breakfast bar offers seating for 4. The space flows seamlessly into the living room, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together by the fireplace.

GAME ROOM AND INDOOR POOL

Rain or shine, the lower level is designed for fun and relaxation. The game room is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, smart TV, and plenty of games, making it the perfect space for friendly competition or relaxing after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.

The indoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature relative to the ambient room temperature. For safety and to prevent humidity or mold issues, the pool temperature will not exceed 83°F. The pool is preheated and ready for guests upon arrival, though guests are not permitted to adjust the pool heater. We are always available should the heater require attention.

The spa/hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled between every guest stay to ensure a fresh experience. It is preheated to 100°F, and guests may adjust the temperature to their comfort level. However, we ask that the temperature not be set below 80°F, as lower temperatures may risk damaging the spa, especially during winter months.

Please note that the spa may not be fully heated by the 4 PM check-in time, as our team drains and refills it with fresh cold water prior to each stay. If this occurs, please allow a few hours for the spa to reach the desired temperature.

ARRIVAL & DRIVING NOTES
Most GPS systems will indicate that you’ve arrived when you reach the community pool area. Please continue driving up the mountain, as our cabin is the last home at the top.

The drive up the mountain includes a gradual incline, and some sections of the road do not have guardrails. This is typical for mountain communities in the Smokies. Please drive slowly and use caution, especially at night or during rainy weather.

Other Things to Note

Prior to arrival, guests must complete a pre-arrival form and provide a copy of a government-issued ID. By booking, guests agree to the rental conditions outlined in the house manual.

The property is equipped with Ring security cameras with audio capability located outside the home only. Cameras monitor the following exterior areas:
• Street in front of the home
• Property entrance
• Driveway
• Fire pit area

These cameras are for safety purposes only and do not record any interior spaces. Floodlights are motion-activated and may also trigger from wildlife common to the area.
