The Misty Mountain cabin is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout

• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.
