We stood at the Parkview Palace and upon arrival I thought the cabin had Wi-Fi internet but when we got there on the fridge it said that the cabin didn’t have internet. If it’s not an amenity it needs to be removed. Also, there was a lot broken or not working, such as tvs not having remotes, or tvs not working at all, lights not having light bulbs in them or they were burnt out, the AC filter on the top level was disgusting, the lights by the hot tubs broken, the theater room not working, the ceiling leaking into the bottom floor, blinds broken, air hockey held together by tape. The carpet was filthy on the stairs when we arrived. On Thanksgiving morning we were preparing our dinner and a rat ran across the floor, we also saw roaches as well. The front porch needs more light it’s most definitely a safety hazard because you can’t see walking down the stairs at night. Our first full day we were getting ready to leave, we have 5 vehicles and all in the parking area were nails and screws. My family and I picked up about 40 of them, when construction happens it needs to be throughly picked up when done, someone could’ve gotten a flat tire. I called several times in regards to what I have typed above and the maintenance guy came but only did a few things and ignored the rest. I was told that some of it wasn’t an emergency. I was very upset because it was my family’s Thanksgiving in the mountains and when I pulled up lot was broken, for the price we paid it should’ve been immaculate. Overall we made the best of it, the views were nice and we enjoyed being close to town.
