The cabin is located in Gatlinburg Falls Resort, one of the most sought after resorts in town. What is unique about our property is our hospitality. Unlike many large management companies, I am personally involved with taking care of all my guests. Please read reviews from my other listing!

Inside you'll find a comfy wingback chair, individual nightstands and reading lamps - perfect for a late night read and a glass of wine.

★★★★★ Master Bedroom 2: The second bedroom to your left is also a large master king with windows facing East and South for incredible unobstructed views of the Great Smoky Mountains surrounding Gatlinburg (accommodates 2 people). Individual nightstands flank each side of the bed as well as a plush barrel chair perfect to curl up with a book while the sun sets.

★★★★★ Master Bunk Bedroom 3: Entering the second room on your right, the kids (or additional adults) get first class treatment in the "bear cave bunk room" where dual full size bunk beds give them ample sleeping room (accommodates 4 people). South and West facing windows give you a view of the Gatlinburg Space Needle along with the Smoky Mountains surrounding downtown. The room is also accompanied by two cozy beanbag chairs for maximum relaxing.

PARKING: On-site parking for up to four vehicles directly in front of the cabin is available.

We are a PET FRIENDLY cabin. Our pet fee is a one time fee of $100 plus tax.

Good location place unkempt

Owner responsive. All 3 floors of home beds, couches, entertainment room littered with dog hair. Speakers in entertainment room do not work. Nice home but dirty.

Beautiful and clean cabin

Our group of 10 (5 kids and a small dog) stayed at this cabin for 6 nights before Christmas and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our visit and stay! The cabin was clean with a nice layout so everyone has our own space and bathrooms (King size bunk beds!) The kids loved the pool table, hot tub, games and the movie theatre! There is a small patch of grass area for my small dog as well. I was a little bit worried because of the previous review. Fortunately it turned out that review was all false. The cabin was just as advertised and very clean. The host was very responsive to my questions as well. I wanted to leave my review here because what she wrote was not what we experienced. The cabin location is very convenient to get to downtown area and there is a Food City nearby if you need to pick up groceries. We could watch the sunrise right in the living room of the cabin…honestly with this view you can’t beat that. The only minor thing is the WiFi we had some issues connecting. Oh and some of the rooms can be a bit cold at night so might want to have extra blankets.

Unclean and Unsanitary upon check-in....owner committed to cleaning & refunding rent -did neither

We have time stamped photos showing the unsanitary/dirty bedding (hair covered bedding, hair and stain on sheets), filthy floors, and hair on bathtubs. Spoke to Amur after inspecting the rental upon check-in. He asserted that he was outraged. Offered us a refund of the first night of rental and asked for a chance to 'make it right'. Promised he would address the following: 1) replace the filthy bedding on all beds - we asked for all sheets, blankets, and comforters to be replaced as all had small human hairs, some stains, etc. and were disgustingly unsanitary. Clearly beds had simply been made and not cleaned after last renters left. Tried to find extra blankets to use - when we unfolded them - they too were covered with hair and were clearly re-folded and not actually cleaned 2) Vacuum and mop the filthy floors on all levels that had piles of food substances and miscellaneous tissue wads, etc. on hardwood stair cases and bedroom floors. 3) Clean accumulated hair on the ledges of the bathtub shower. Of note: we have photos of all of these unacceptably unclean areas and sent him a full video and photos to ensure he understood. He was outraged on the phone as well as via text. He assured us he would personally supervise the clean as we let him know the rental was absolutely unacceptable and that we only stayed because there were no vacancies anywhere nearby, it was almost midnight, and we had driven 6 hours. The following morning we spoke again - he reiterated his dissatisfaction with the cleaning crew and assured us he would personally ensure all of the issues were remedied. Long story short, I have photographic documentation that the floors and furniture were not vacuumed, the tub/shower was not cleaned, and only sheets were replaced. The stained/ hair covered comforters were placed back on each of the beds. By the time we returned, we were too late to find another rental and had honestly believed him when he 'gave us his word' that he would supervise the clean and take care of all of the issues so clearly documented. Understand that he did not. For the cost of this rental, and given the sensitivity toward Covid protocols, we are beyond shocked and sickened at the lack of cleanliness in this rental, and the dishonesty of the host. When I sent him photos proving that nothing had been cleaned as had promised, he offered to go check the rental out after we left. He will not address the failure to clean the unit or a refund.

Family Vacation

We rented this cabin mid July and it was very nice. The description is accurate to what you will find at the property. The host was very good with communication and worked hard to take care of any problems that came up. The location was easy to find and the resort fairly quiet. Thank you for letting us stay at your property, we do hope to come back in the future.

Stayed there for 2 nights in really busy weekend and fully enjoyed the stay. Everything was great, cleanliness, and location was great. You can enjoy beautiful views. Host was also great making all processes so easy. Had a really good time:)
