We had minor issues at check in as the cleaning company did not empty the trash can or leave any toilet paper. The house is incredibly spacious with two refrigerators and two stoves. There were plenty of dishes. Parking was more than adequate for 5 cars.Be aware that lighting is an issue in two very different ways. The light bulbs are very dim, so it is hard to see when trying to play games or cook at night. On the other hand, the sun comes barreling into the big windows that face the south in the front and it is not only blinding but also makes it difficult to see the television.Most importantly....THE INTERNET DROPPED frequently and we literally missed the last two minutes of some very competitive sporting events that we were watching as a family. It was incredibly frustrating. Might have been helpful to have the light switches labeled.The hot tub/pool is big and the kids loved it. Some of us quit going outside due to fear of the bears and coyotes that hung around the house a bit.

We spent the weekend at beautiful Cloud 9 and it was such a wonderful experience! Check in was an easy process, the house was cozy and clean and had exceptional views of the mountains!! We saw so much wildlife including 3 bears during our time. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking out on the patio, watching the sunset on the upper patio, and on Saturday we eloped on the lower concrete patio overlooking the mountains. Miss Tia and her team are wonderful and our Cloud 9 experience was great. Already missing our time together at the lodge!

Amazing family vacation home base!

With the big age range of the grandkids, this spectacular property provided the space and separation needed for little ones naps and big kids fun! The photos of the home on the VRBO site showed the home as it was - SO BEAUTIFULLY decorated - I resisted the urge to steal many great decor accents! You won't find a more lovely home - kitchen well stocked for cooking - 2 fridges were appreciated! Being able to wash a few clothes was a huge plus! And the BEARS! We saw them every day, and as you can see, one even decided they liked the outdoor family room as much as we did! We even saw a bobcat in the backyard the first night! The views did not get tiring. Even though you are in a neighborhood, you really have the sense of being in the mountains, solitude. The pool is so close! And the swim spa was a big plus for the kids! I could go on and on! If you are looking for a big place for family or friends - I GUARANTEE you will not be dissappointed! Coffee on the deck in the morning - ahhhh. Cocktail on the deck in the evening - ahhhh.
He was obviously looking for a crumb or snack - so be careful with your food! He didn't find anything to eat - though he did put one of our shoes in his mouth!

Beautiful home with lots of room which is important when you have 5 teenagers with you. Clean with more than enough dishes and pots and pans. All the bedrooms were well appointed. Saw bears everyday we were there!

Everything about this properry, inside and out, is absolutely stunning! The views are magnificent and there are multiple balconies to enjoy them from with quality outdoor furniture. Inside, the furniture was also great and the beds were comfy. We were a 3 generation family of 15 ranging in ages from 4-72. There was something for everyone to enjoy from playing pool, video games. watching movies in the theatre , or relaxing in the hot tub or swim spa. We had a visitor (bear) twice wondering by on his food search route. Thanks for letting us enjoy your lovely chalet. Nancy and Dave

Perfect place to relax

The cabin was amazing! Upon arrival the cabin was immaculate. It was well supplied with appropriate sizes of cookware for a large group. The views were stunning. So many different views from all of different balconies. Saw bears every night. The host was extremely responsive to questions and concerns.

Amazing Mountain Cabin

This cabin was breathtaking. We really enjoyed all the rooms having their own bathrooms and patios. The view is very impressive. The hosts answered any questions we had. We had a great time in Gatlinburg and even the day we just hung around the house. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies and activities

Family reunion

Really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for our group. Views couldn’t be beat. The owner keeps the place spotless. Only a couple issues (minor) that were resolved within an hour. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The bears were a plus. Would come back again in an instant.

Beautiful cabin

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is absolutely gorgeous, lots of living space and an amazing swim spa. We also loved having double ovens which made making dinner for a large group so easy. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms on the lower level were not clean. The property manager did say they would bring this up with the cleaners so hopefully that gets fixed quickly Otherwise we loved our stay, the property owners quickly communicated and allowed us to have a late check out. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to get away

This is an amazing property that has great views, all the amenities, quality furnishings and lots of on property entertainment. It was a 100% seamless process from start to finish and there likely isn’t a better value in the Smokies.

We had a cousin reunion.12 adults. Plenty of room. Loved the big kitchen table, held all of us comfortably. The kitchen could have been bigger, but it worked the multiple decks were great and the near sightings were an added benefit! Great communication with the host. Would stay again!

Perfect for a family reunion!

Great house with space (and bathrooms) for everyone! Enjoyed the hot tub and swim spa. Kitchen is well stocked with two ovens, pots, pans and cooking utensils. (Please add some oven mitts!!). So we cooked most nights.

Beautiful!!!

This is not a typical review as this property is on the higher end of what most people can afford. Me specifically but we booked it as it is a venue that could support a large family get together well. 1) The views are beautiful but not perfect. Power lines and other properties do obstruct but still pretty dam good. Definitely gorgeous views, much better than most. 2) Be wary of bears. I have been going to Gatlinburg for 30 years on vacations and we definitely had more encounters in three days here than all the others combined. Was pretty exciting. 3) The venue was gorgeous and the level of detail in the decorations were very nice. Negatives The venue need a little TLC with regard to loungers outside, they are getting a little worn with age and need to be replaced. There is also a swim spa onsite which was fantastic, however the spa part was broken, the heater did not work. Overall we loved the venue and would stay with this company again.
