You will love this Tree House. It is not like the one you built as a kid; however, it is nestled among the trees in a gorgeous wooded setting just moments away from the main strip in Gatlinburg, allowing you to stay in the action with local restaurants and attractions. This tree house will provide you with all the comforts of home as it features a separate bedroom with a luxurious king bed ,washer and dryer, a bath with shower, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and an outdoor hot tub on a beautiful deck. Wifi service is also available. All of the amenities offered by the Tree House make it perfect for your next vacation.

We enjoyed most of our stay and it's a beautiful view and setup, but the owner is attempting to charge us 3k for a damaged shuffleboard table that you could find used for 500. The pictures they sent are where the panels came apart, likely from being old and bumped into with heavy usage, including during our stay. Everything in the room is very old, so them trying to charge us an additional 3,000 is absurd. They are being very aggressive and unreasonable about it and it feels like an attempt to bully more money out of us.It's a beautiful location and the cabin is ideal for a large group or function. Beautiful views and plenty of bathrooms, a great back deck area, and a game room with an old, beat-up pool table, foosball, a few arcade games, and the infamous shuffleboard table.There is a master bedroom upstairs with a nice double shower, although the water pressure is too low to really appreciate its potential. The bed itself is very noisy with any movement at all and anyone sleeping in the room directly under you will be disturbed by the slightest movements. Same for the other rooms if someone is walking around the common areas. A somewhat dangerous, winding road is a beautiful drive from the bottom of the mountain. My wife saw bears on her morning walk, which was a plus for her. The owners warned us the bears will break into your vehicle if left unlocked, or come in the cabin if the cabin doors are left open, so be mindful of that. Great cabin - beware of owner.

Interior was spotless clean and as advertised. Bed was comfortable. The parking was very close but it was a tight spot for my midsize SUV. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Cabin was very clean along with everything working as intended. Directions given to the cabin were extremely clear. Would definitely recommend if you want a cabin within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg.

Spring vacation

We were scheduled to stay in mid February on our way South. However, there was snowy weather. When we called about options the manager gave us a few different things we could do. We chose to rebook the second week of April as we would be heading back north. It worked out wonderfully! Every interaction we had with the office was pleasant and friendly! I would recommend the location to others without hesitation. Much better than a hotel.

Perfect Cabin!!

The cabin was amazing! It was the cleanest, most charming place I’ve ever visited. You are right in town, but you would never know it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We come to Gatlinburg every year and have already decided this is going to be where we stay from now on!

Tree House

My husband and I came for a little weekend getaway and had a wonderful time! The cabin was so cute and cozy and the hot tub was a huge plus!! We loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants too. I also had an issue with my email/payment before we came and had to call Parkside Cabin Rentals but the lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful and got it all straightened out. Also, the guy that checked us in was awesome and gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the cabin. Overall, a great experience and would love to come back here one day!

We paid for two nights and was able to stay only one night and wasn’t offered a refund for the second night. You aren’t able to turn around in the driveway if your driving a truck so you have to back all the way back down a hill and your against the other tiny homes and the boulders that are out there. #2 and the main reason we left and why we called the office for first thing Saturday morning, there was a rat eating in the wall. The office just said they would have to get it checked and have a safe drive home, I said I wouldn’t be going home I had to find somewhere else to stay. We were kept awake by the rat chewing.
