This unique home, constructed in 2024, boasts over 2,400 square feet of sophistication with a distinct 19th-century Victorian aesthetic, and is brand new to the vacation rental market. The owners spared no expense on this property, going so far as to travel specifically to acquire collectibles and antiques found throughout the property, ensuring an unmatched vacation experience for their guests.

Upon entering Elation Chalet, guests are greeted by the spacious kitchen, complete with 12' ceilings and hand-crafted arched mahogany doors which lead to a spacious deck. This culinary haven, which boasts Italian-inspired appliances, showcases original oil paintings and antiques. Equipped with a five-burner gas range, large island, microwave, toaster, double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee station, it caters to every need and has all supplies necessary for preparing meals in the comfort of your rental home (just bring groceries). Outside, the large main level porch features a sitting area with a coffee table and scenic mountain views.

Just around the corner, and via an exterior entrance, guests will find a king bedroom suite that oozes old-world charm. The spacious room offers tons of natural light and plenty of privacy. An ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous clawfoot tub (w/a shower—and endless hot water!), and a private porch round out this space.

Back inside the kitchen area, and after you ascend a small flight of stairs, you'll find a large living room adorned with 20' ceilings, which features a generous sectional sofa and an 85" flat-screen TV. A small library with plush chairs reveals a delightful surprise – a secret bookcase passage leading to the bedroom suite!

This luxurious king-size bedroom offers high-end linens, plush furnishings, and a gorgeously decorated bathroom w/a clawfoot tub, old-world tile, and on-demand, endless hot water. You’ll also be delighted to find a private deck for moments when you need a breath of fresh air.
