”I loved the hotel. I stayed in the resort. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were incredible. The breakfast was good enough. No fresh fruit. My favorite breakfast experience was sitting outside and watching the wildlife along the river. The view was beautiful and relaxing. Parking was easy and free. The pool was so much fun for the kids. It had a lazy river, a slide and a fountain. It was clean and beautiful. There was an indoor pool as well. The rooms...

”What I didn’t like about the stay was after paying for rooms we have to pay for parking each day we stayed. Wasn’t to find of the faucets in the bathroom water gets all over the sink. Housekeeping only came in the make our bed and take the garbage out, didn’t sweep, didn’t make sure we had tissue. The room we stayed in the floor next to our bed had like a large coffee or soda stain which means the floors wasn’t mopped.”

”Very clean smells fresh when walk in. Thre staff was friendly always asked if needed anything breakfast was good. I will stay again. It's also dog friendly for a fee we didn't have my dog with us. .”

”The property was in a good location although expect to have to make a u-turn here or there. We took the city transit from right in front of the hotel for a dollar to the main transit station. Then bought an all-day pass for $3 and used that to get back to the hotel. From the transit station you can get to Dollywood fairly easily. The room was very basic and the ac worked perfectly. The breakfast was better than average.”
