”We walked in the room and turned around and walked out. The smell was so bad it burned our eyes. It may have been mold. I went to the front desk to let her know that there was no way we can stay. She just stared at me and offered zero solutions. The one chair in the room was covered in stains. The floor was sticky and gritty. The room looks nothing like the photos. Maybe 10 years ago! I ended up canceling the next night but they did not refund the first night. The photos on Expedia are not...

”Close to downtown, lots of food options nearby, clean, very nice staff, good breakfast. Quiet, even on Friday and Saturday night. Would stay again. The pancake place across the street is amazing.”

”The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!”

The old adage is true you get what you pay for. DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

”The room was very nasty. Towels had stains on them. The sheets also had stains on them. I only booked one and left in the middle of the night because i couldn't go to sleep becuase of how nasty and dirty the rooms was. I will never stay here again. Dusty 4 inches thick everywhere. Mold growing on walls under the counter. The lobby looked amazing and super clean. The rooms were not. ”
