”Front desk staff was rude and dismissive (those that checked us in). Also we booked and said we would pay in full on arrival. They did ask for a credit card to hold reservation but would charge nothing until we got there. When I mentioned that at check in she said that was not true and had charged the first night to my card! The view of stream was great. Parking was not good”

”The free breakfast is not what I expected. Not very many options and you get pre-made breakfast sandwiches and a microwave to heat them up in. Some cold cereal choices, bagels and bread to toast. Compared to other hotel free breakfast this is a let down.”

”Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style.
The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned.
The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and...

”We booked last minute due to our RV having some issues. Room was very affordable and clean, comfortable beds and a clean shower with great water pressure. Kids enjoyed the pool! Staff was beyond accommodating in helping us find a space to park our 32ft RV, which did not fit in their lot. Staff literally walked beside us to show us exactly where to park and made sure everything was safe and secure. Location is right on a trolley stop, very convenient!
