”This property is located downtown memphis. This part of town has trolly cars starting the one way street surrounding the hotel. This made initial parking to check in difficult. We found a parking garage a few blocks away and drug our luggage along the city street and past dark alley ways. We didn’t feel unsafe but kept our radars on. The hotel was nice and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We did not partake in their $15 very limited breakfast bar. ”

”PROS: The valet parking was convenient. Literally steps away from the FedEx forum and Beale street. There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. ”The establishment was decent quality I did notice some construction supplies in the front area so maybe they are renovating. Our room was on the 2nd floor all the way at the end of the hall opposite the elevator so it was difficult for me to walk that distance due to severe arthritis in my knees. Our room upon first glance looked clean but the Window had some substance on it on the inside as well as a grease like substance on the mirror which was kind of suspicious. Over all I would stay again...
