”We stayed two nights on the level room at 8th floor. The view on the room was ok with all walls window from floor to roof. The hospitality on the hotel worked more than good, additional blanket was got from request and the check-out could be postponed 2 hours without charge. The level lounge is a fully another story. ”Kahdella metrolla St Stephanin aukiolle 25 min metropysäkki 10 min kävelymatkan päässä. Jokirantaan ja siitä Donauinselille pääsee soljuvasti pitkällekin juoksulenkille, ei tarvi seistä liikennevaloissa. Kuntosali semi-ookoo, siellä ei ollut kyykkytankoa eikä kovin isoja läsipsinoja, aerobisia laitteita oli hyvin. Aamupala oli hyvä. Huoneet tilavat ja siistit. ”We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options.
Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great. ”

”It's an OK place to stay in but i do not recommend it if there is other options.
Price could be cheaper for the general level of the accommodation. Room was very poorly cleaned, there was dust everywhere and some trash under the bed. The customer service was quite terrible, the staff seems to not care about their job much.
Also one morning some maintenance workers just came into my room and asked for me to leave. They installed some stands to the wall and didn't clean their mess...
