”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”I am pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the accommodations at the Holiday Inn near BWI airport. They provided shuttle service from the airport during the icestorm. My flight was canceled multiple times and my luggage location was unknown. I had zero toiletries. Taylor at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The room was spacious, modern l, and CLEAN.
The onsite restaurant was hectic bc of the short staff and large number of people...
