”We liked our stay - except for the pillows in the room. They were too puffy and thick. It would be nice to have multiple types/sizes of pillows. We like flatter/thinner pillows and these were too big and thick/high as they hurt the neck. We had to use a towel as a pillow. Everything else was wonderful!”

”Have stayed here several times and each time have not been disappointed. This time was in one of the rooms at the back. Found it a little dark but really wasn't there much during the day. The parking is a little narrow even with a smalll car when reversing out of the spot.”

”We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go...

”Rooms were great. Clean and we had everything we needed. Only downside was we were able to check into one hotel but our hotel was in a completely different place so we got turned around a bit. Otherwise, great experience”

”The Mosiac is just wrapping up their renovations. It will look great when the main lobby area is completed. Our room was picture perfect, clean, roomy, nice balcony over looking the pool area with the mountains in the back ground. The resort staff went over and above to accommodate our every need. Blue mountain has lots to do for every age category. We were there for 3 nights and we were so happy with the resort that we booked another 7 nights in early August. Can't wait to return.”
