Never rent this property. It is not a gorgeous lakefront waterfront home. It is a duplex with multiple properties. It was filthy. We contacted the owner through text 20 minutes after we got there who did not respond even though the text message showed delivered for over 48 hours before contacting VRBO. The doors were open. It was filthy. They don’t have a carbon monoxide detector. There were piles of their personal belongings all over the house. Their laundry was in the laundry room. There is no fitness center. It’s a 1970s recumbent bike in the middle of the porch. There was dirty pans in the stove the stove was greasy and filthy. There’s piles of garbage outside the home, including plants still in the container thrown in the woods, pickle jars full of cigarette butts at the entrance no driveway. The windows have plastic staple to them. Cobwebs are all over and the upstairs.
