I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. ”This hotel is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed. First because of the wonderful location and amazing views to the three pyramids of Giza. Second because of lovely staff who took very good care of us and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The room was very clean and cozy with air conditioning, free tea and water bottles and good shower. The breakfast time was flexible and we could enjoy freshly made felafel and other local products while watching the wonderful views of...

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

”Very close to the airport and a major mall. Customer service from walking in through the stay until check-out was outstanding and highly personalised (thank you, Hasan, at the front desk). Smiles were all around, including from staff who were busy cleaning other rooms. Definitely would recommend.”

”Executive level room and lounge were perfect. Small gym. In the lobby and on some floors people smoke, so the smell in the hotel is not so great.. But I guess it's typical for Egypt... Nice location by the Nile, yet not possible to walk directly along the river.”
