I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the elevators were small and usually busy (not great during the coronavirus pandemic) and by the fact that the staff quoted me an incorrect rate on car rental, only correcting the rate 2 hours before the rental was supposed to start (making it substantially more expensive, and importantly, shifting it from cheaper than a private rental to more expensive)....
”I went mid week and had a pleasant stay while it is quiet. The hotel is in pretty good condition, when I arrived they were even installing new TVs. It is clean and well maintained, a very good standard for a 3star hotel in Ghana. The food at the beach restaurant was my favourite, try the calamari and fried rice, very tasty. Also nice to have breakfast, hotels.com didnt let me know it was included it was also good. Staff very helpful even though it is quiet during the week”
”It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.”
