Być może przez pomyłkę zarezerwowali Państwo najtańszy apartament a chcieli wziąć większy. Rozumiemy, że pomyłki się zdarzają i zawsze kiedy możemy pomagamy naszym gościom ale w dniu przyjazdu gdy wszystkie pozostałe apartamenty są zajęte naprawdę już nic nie możemy zrobić. Przykro nam bardzo, że tę pomyłkę Państwo zrzucili na nas bo jak tłumaczuliśmy my oraz przedstawiciele z serwisu rezerwacyjnego, dostali Państwo dokładnie taki apartament jaki zarezerwowali. Informacja o opłacie Service charge jest widoczna przy całym procesie rezerwacji, niestety nie mamy do końca wpływu na to gdzie się pojawia a ma ją większość firm wynajmujących apartamenty. Wiadomość powitalna przyszła do Państwa w języku angielskim, gdyż rezerwowali Państwo serwisu i my automatycznie taka wiadomość wysyłamy. Raz jeszcze dziękujemy za pobyt.
