Maybe the coldest hotel room/apartment in all of Eastern Europe.
First night no heat but we were just going to sleep and the covers were warm enough as to not freeze. I told them that the heat was not working the next morning and the assured me they would send someone to turn it on. Was out all day expecting to come back to a warm apartment but instead got an apartment with no running water.. call again. They finally send someone to fix it and heat was coming from the radiators. But even with the heaters on max with a frozen apartment the temperature never went about 15c. In addition the beds were very hard, no dimmable lights, dust everywhere in the hallways, noisy construction still going on in the floors above made it horrible to stay. Staff were friendly and apologized but in the end I feel like these new apartments although nice was not worth it. Majority of the time was spent exploring Gdansk as we wanted to stay as little in this cold room as possible.
