Everything you pay for.
Nice place. Friendly staff at the reception and not bad location. Rooms were tidy although the system that you should order the cleaning by pressing a buton is your room was a bit confusing and poorly informed, in the beginning. But Hotel lived up to our expectations and can easily be recommended.

The property is conveniently located next to the main city highway yet is exceptionally quiet. It is at the edge of the old town - an easy walk everywhere. The best part was the spa experience (though crowded on weekends) and the cleanliness of the hotel. Only disappointment was parking situation. Upon arrival, the front desk guy said that their parking was full and there was no Valet option. He informed us that if we parked on the street, we risked to get a parking violation ticket, though there were no NO PARKING signs. On the last day of our stay hotel parking became available, but it was difficult to find a parking spot under the building. A 30 euro price per night was rather steep when there was a free dirt lot parking in front of the hotel (though always overflowing) and other hotels in the area offer a 10 euro parking. Our room had no view (we saw a building across a tiny street) but it had a balcony and as the building across the street waa empty, it felt private and it was quiet. Two elevators were always too busy for a huge building and rather difficult to use. Otherwise it was a wonderful and relaxing stay in a modern, very clean, conveniently located hotel with a relaxing spa.

Stay away from this hotel, it is managed by mobster Pawel Zarembski who should not be in the hospitality or service industry, instead he should be in jail. It is very sad that Pawel Zarembski is racketeering in this beautiful hotel. We checked in on march 16th and our reservation was for 2 nights. I already paid for it via expedia. I checked in and a nice front desk agent checked me in. She was very nice and even helped me get to my room. We liked our stay and we decided to extend our stay for another two nights. Once again, we paid it via expedia. Nobody asked for any credit card or payment. Our second reservation was from 18th to 20th. We met Pawel on 19th march around afternoon. I came downstairs and tried to get new cards for room and spa towels from him, he refused and he did not even listen to what I was trying to say. I was trying to explain to him that I extended our stay and we need new cards. He started yelling and refusing me. Then I was like how am I going to go to my room if my card is expired. Finally, he decided to ask for my room number after 5 minutes of arguing. I honestly did not know what his problem was. All I wanted was to get new cards, but he chose to yell and refuse me. Even other guests were staring at him. I commented on him saying "this is not good hospitality". He responded like "Do you want me to kick you out? I can also call the police, actually I don't need that, I will kick you out with no problem, watch out."  His comment was very alarming fo

Original room was quite small, smaller than it seemed on the pictures and we had some issues with air con so we were moved - the second room was spacious, clean and lovely Staff have been attentive friendly and helpful Shower was lovely and hot and even had a massage setting which was lovely when washing my hair Seems no expense spared when building the hotel, was just so clean and fresh Rooms smelt clean aswell and the bedding was soft Beds a little hard but slept well Only downside… the spa It was busy most of the time and very dark, the hottub wasn’t that hot but it was still pleasant After looking around at other hotels in Gdansk on Expedia this does seem to win all the prizes in terms of cleanliness and convenience Would recommend but do not book if basing it on the spa

Nettes Hotel. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Jeden Tag unterschiedliche frischgepresste Säfte. Essen im Restaurant auch gut. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. In den festgepolsterten Betten schläft man gut. Wir haben 3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Am letzten Abend haben wir Probleme mit dem Fernseher bekommen, die sich nicht beheben ließen. Das Hotel gibt in der Badausstattung Kosmetikartikel an, diese beinhalteten nur Duschgel und Shampoo, keine Körperlotion, also gut zu wissen, wenn man diese benutzt. Eine Taschentuchbox, sowie Schuhanzieher sind nicht vorhanden. Das Schwimmbad ist gut besucht. Die Wassertemperatur ist angenehm zum schwimmen. Der Whirlpool ist gut beheizt und funktioniert auch gut. Es gibt eine Dampfsauna und eine finnische Sauna. Leider schaltete die finnische Sauna nach 2 Minuten das Licht aus und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dies nicht nur das Licht war, sondern die komplette Saunakabine (16.55 Uhr). Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm gestaltet und lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Ich buchte kurzfristig eine klassische Massage für 50 Minuten. Sie war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel, kann ich das Hotel gut weiterempfehlen. Die Preisleistung ist top.

Central beliggende hotel
Hotellet er flot og ligger central samt i gåafstand til alt. Men ikke meget smil og service over personalet på dette hotel,- de virkede knap om at de havde lyst til at være der. Havde valgt dette hotel pga pool, spa og wellness men det var propfyldt med børn og skrig alle tre gange jeg besøgte området. Morgenmaden indeholdte alt hvad den skulle og smagte fint.

Flot Hotel, med meget fin beliggenhed til den gamle by. Rigtig god morgenmad. Flotte værelser. Hotels.com sælger hotellet som 5 stjernet, hvor de selv kalder sig 4 stjernet. Det er et flot 4 stjernet hotel, vi kunne dog godt tænke os der var balsam, samt vatpinde m.m. på badeværelset. Vi vil gerne vende tilbage til Hotel Grano næste gang vi besøger Gdansk.
