Both of these spaces are equipped with TV sets with the SMART function. The bathroom is bold and made of high-class materials. Air conditioning is an obligatory element. However, the most important part of the apartment is the TERRACE. The terrace is prepared to meet a group of several friends or family. Comfortable armchairs, pouffes and a soft carpet are its most important elements of equipment. Despite this, the view is the greatest advantage of the terrace - the view of the Old Town, the observation wheel and the neighboring buildings appeals to everyone's taste.



Guest Access:

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.



The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.

The Neighborhood:

The Nadmotłwie 144 apartment is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver who, providing a comfortable ride, can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment. The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible. A tram stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. However, the bus is much closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway.

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.
